Designing CMOS Digital Integrated Circuits

 This is a collection of laboratory assignments of the EL-302 Digital Integrated Circuits course. In these lab series, my objective is to implement various digital integrated circuit core components, (Standard cell library), all by our own. These core components, consists of resistive load inverter using MOSFET transistor with a load resistor in the virtual lab environment, CMOS inverter, NAND2 and NOR2 circuits using MOSFET transistors in the Cadence environment. In these labs, my aim is to implement my design in Cadence schematic environment and then design the layout for the specified criteria (AMS 0.35μm CMOS Technology in Cadence Environment). Please download the PDF attachment for detailed documentation.
